We are a dairy free dessert company born out of Craig’s Restaurant in West Hollywood. We’ve perfected the use of cashews to make the most creamy and delicious Dairy free desserts in all the classic flavors.

We ship using recyclable packaging coupled with dry ice to keep items frozen until you open and place them in your home freezer.

Orders must be placed by 12:00pm PST to be processed that same day. We ship Monday through Wednesday using FedEx. Our Craig’s Vegan frozen desert shipments can’t be in transit over the weekend due to the perishable nature of our products. Orders received Thursday through Sunday will be held for shipping out the following Monday.

FedEx is authorized to leave all packages at the destination without signature which will ensure that your Craig’s Vegan frozen desserts will not melt due to multiple delivery attempts.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive tracking information via e-mail.

To guarantee delivery we must have the complete and correct address. Please understand that we are not able to deliver to PO Boxes, A.P.O or F.P.O addresses due the highly perishable nature of Craig’s Vegan frozen desserts.

If you made an error on your order, the sooner you can let us know about it, the better. We may be able to make an edit, however, once a shipping label has been created, we will not be able to change or cancel the order.
