  • We ship your order using a recyclable insulated shipping container. We use enough dry ice so products will stay frozen well into the evening the box arrives. We recommend you unpack and place into the freezer immediate upon receiving. Please use gloves when handling dry ice.

  • After your shipping label is created you will receive an email with your tracking number.

  • Orders must be placed by 12:00pm PST in order to be processed that same day. We ship Monday through Wednesday using FedEx. Our Craig’s Vegan frozen desert shipments can’t be in transit over the weekend. Orders received Thursday through Sunday will be held for shipping out the following Monday.

  • FedEx is authorized to leave all packages at the destination without signature which will ensure that your Craig’s Vegan frozen deserts will not melt due to multiple delivery attempts.

  • To guarantee delivery we must have the complete and correct address. Please understand that we are not able to deliver to PO Boxes, A.P.O or F.P.O addresses due the highly perishable nature Craig’s Vegan frozen deserts.

  • If you made an error on your order, the sooner you can let us know about it, the better. We may be able to make an edit, however, once a shipping label has been created we will not be able to change or cancel the order.

  • Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to offer shipping outside of the US, however orders may be placed internationally for delivery within the US.
